[How to Make]: Guacamole

Ingredients you'll need:
4 Avocadoes
1/2 Small Red Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1 Ripe Roma Tomato
1 Lemon or Lime
Salt to Taste

Cut avocadoes into halves & take out the pits.


Scoop out with a spoon into the mixing bowl.


Mash with a fork or a potato masher.


Finely chop red onions & put into mixing bowl.


Mince up 2 cloves of garlic.


Brown garlic into a little oil. Fresh garlic will be too strong, browning it settles the aroma & taste of the garlic.


Add into the mixing bowl.


Chop up the tomato & add into the mixing bowl.


Squeeze 1 whoel lemon or lime into the bowl.


Add salt to taste & mix.


Refridgerate before eating. Use suran wrap & lay right on top of the guacamole to avoid discoloration.
