[How To Make]: Pico de Gallo


 Ingredients you'll need:
2-3 Roma Tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
1 Red Onion
Cilantro
1 Lime or Lemon
Salt & Pepper for Taste
Servings for 4

Take 2-3 ripe Roma Tomatoes.


Cut the tops off, then cut into halves & squeeze out the seeds.


Cut them into a small dice, run your knife over it a few timees to make smaller pieces, if you'd like.


Place into a a mixing bowl.

Take the Red onion.


I used only a small amount due to the onion being big.


 
Chop the onion into a fine dice & place into the mixing bowl.


Take the Jalapeno. CAUTION: USE GLOVES!


Cut the jalapeno into halves & take out the ribs & seeds.


Slice & dice the jalapenos finely & place into the mixing bowl.


Take a small bunch of cilantro, make sure to rinse well.


Finely chop & place into the mixing bowl.

Use one whole lime or lemon.


Mix  everything together. Add salt & pepper at your discretion for your taste.


& WHALAAH! Refridgerate until used.
